All of our items are made using 6mm MDF , ( for ease of versiltiliy and weight!) and only high quality paints are used to decorate. Once the design is complete, it is varnished with a tough varnish for protection.
The Clocks have a Quartz movement, operated with a AA battery and come with a full years guarentee.
Everything is ready to hang!
Q. Can I have it personalised?
A. Yes! Any thing can be personalised , or a message added either on the front on back ( depending upon item)

Q. Can I have the item in any colour?
A. Yes, that is no problem! If your worried about a correct match, send us a sample and we will do our best .
Please look in our gallery for close ups and some designs painted in other colours.
Q. Could you design an item or match a design?
A. Yes, Commisssions are a favorite of ours! Get in touch with your ideas and we will do our best to accommodate!
Q. How long will it take to dispatch my order?
A. Normally, as everything is handmade to order you should allow up to 14 days but If you need your item urgently, please email BEFORE you order to check we can dispatch more quickly.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. You can pay using all major credit and debit cards via our secure Paypal server.
FOR OUR UK CUSTOMERS ONLY, we also accept cheques, and postal orders .Please contact us for our postal information.
Q. Do I have to sign up to Paypal, or have a Paypal account to use my credit or debit card?
A. No, not at all . You do not need to sign up to a Paypal account to pay using your card.
Q. Do you post internationally?
A. Yes, we post worldwide! Please email us first for a quote of the various shipping options available. Customers outside of the UK must pay using our secure Paypal server, we cannot accept postal methods!
Q. I'd like to order several items, is there a reduction on postage?
A. Yes, If you contact us prior to ordering we can give you a quote on reduced postage. Or we will refund any over payment made .
